The City Food & Drink Lecture is an invitation-only event. Invitations are available through our eight supporting liveries, by special invitation, the Future Generation Forum or via sponsorship.
Timings:
All registered ticket holders will receive detailed information on access instructions. Please see the timings below:

Doors open to welcome our guests to the City Food & Drink Lecture 2026. (NB. if you are attending the Future Generation Forum, separate instructions will be sent to you).
Your valid ticket and ID must be shown. We may also ask for further confirmation from a suitable referee. See further information below

All guests must be seated in the Great Hall

The 2026 Lecture commences, followed by the Panel session
20:30pm
Reception and buffet supper in the Old Library

PLEASE NOTE:
Ensure you bring your ticket with you (paper or electronic) as well as picture ID. Failure to do so may result in access being denied.
If you have registered on behalf of others, please ensure you forward their ticket onto them. All names will be checked off against our master list.
Badges will then be ready for collection upon entry after passing through security.
